I’m so happy with the tracker bottle, it is a great way to keep track of your water intake. I work as a teaching assistant and struggle to drink the correct amount of water and suffer from headaches but since starting using the times on the side of the bottle I haven’t had a headache and have been in a better mood. I have used it all week whilst teaching the children and I’m looking forward to using it in the classroom once we’re allowed to go back. My husband has borrowed it for when he has been on the road as a lorry driver and has said that it’s a good way to keep on top of his water intake as he normally forgets to drink enough.

Working as a lorry driver and being on the road for hours at a time I tend to eat at cafes or bring sandwiches to keep me going. Getting this food pot means I have started experimenting with different foods for lunch. I have tried pastas and homemade soup so far and they have still kept lovely and warm when it gets to lunch time.
