Healthy Fruit Salad
Nothing better than a fresh fruit salad – and even though it contains sugars, they are natural sugars, which are not so harmful. You can vary the fruits with your favourites – berries are extremely good for you, but be careful if you are a melon fan, as this contains a higher amount of sugar – it is hydrating though!
Papaya and Pineapple
Papayas are another delicious tropical fruit that really assists the digestive system and regulates any stomach problems. Pineapple is also an aid to weight loss and a good source of antioxidants.

You certainly have a good amount of Omega 3 healthy fats in this recipe, plus it tastes rather good! This can be eaten hot or cold. If eating cold, remember to cover the dish and chill in the fridge until ready to load into your pots

This delicious lightly spiced chicken dish has the flavours of Mexico, without too much heat. Not only that, it is an extremely healthy dish, rich in protein but low in calories, carbs and fats. Perfect for lunch or as a supper dish.
