Mango and Banana Smoothie

If you’re looking for a way to boost your fruit intake, then this upper refreshing smoothie recipe is for you. It’s simple to make and uses frozen mango, which is readily available in most supermarkets, so you don’t need to worry about chopping up fresh ingredients (but you can if you’d prefer)

Ingredients

250g of frozen mango chunks

1 banana

1 cup of Greek yoghurt

1 cup of milk

Method
  1. Place all the ingredients into a food blender.
  2. Blend together until smooth.
  3. Pour into a glass or your Hydratem8 tracker bottle and enjoy.

Tip: You can use any fruit you like to make this smoothie recipe. Most supermarkets sell a wide variety of frozen fruit that you can use and if you fancy a super health punch why not make a green smoothie with some froze spinach or kale.
