When will my order be dispatched?

All orders placed before 2pm Monday-Thursday (11am on Friday) will be dispatched same day. If your order is placed after the cut off this will be dispatched on the next working day. We do not dispatch orders over the weekend.

What is your returns policy?

We hope you will love your new products but we do understand that you may change your mind. We will happily accept returns of unused, non-personalised products that are in their full original packaging within 14 working days of receipt. Please send your order to the following address along with your order details:

Upon receipt and inspection of your order, we will inform you of your refund status.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of personalised products as these are non-refundable.

Can I get an exchange?

We are unable to offer exchanges however, if you would like to swap your product, you can *return this* to us for a refund and order the new product on our website.

Please note we can only accept returns of unused products in their full original packaging and we are unable to accept returns of personalised items.

I have spent over £40 but am being charged delivery, is this correct?

The delivery charge is calculated after any discount, sale or promotional offers have been applied. If using a coupon code for example takes your order under the £40 threshold, the delivery charge will added.

Do you do international deliveries?

Yes, we can ship orders Worldwide. Shipping will be calculated at the checkout page. You can also find all delivery countries and costs on our shipping page.
