Every time a new colour is released it goes straight in my basket! I used to be terrible at drinking and apart from my coffee in the car on the way to work, that could be me until I got home some days. Nowadays, I always have one in my bag, whether that be just a normal day at work, walking the dog or on the beach. At home I always have one to hand. Some of the bottles I’ve got are over two years old but look like new. I love the little straw cleaning brush that comes with them, it makes the cleaning process so simple
Whilst I was rubbish at drinking I’m equally as bad at eating regularly. My job can be demanding and sometimes means we don’t get regular breaks so we often have to eat on the go. Trying to maintain a healthy diet alongside that is difficult so I decided to try a HydrateM8 food pot to see if that would help. I normally skip breakfast, mornings are busy getting the kids ready for school and making sure we are out of the door on time. The first test for my little pot was porridge. I made it before I left home and by the time I got to it around 4 hours later it was still piping hot. I mainly use it for lunch now. I warm it up before I leave in the morning and I’m good to go. Normally you read claims about things staying hot/cold for certain periods of time and often we don’t test them to that degree but this actually does what it claims. Believe me, I’ve tried it! It has completely changed my routine. I wouldn’t be without it. It’s good to know I’ve always got something with me that I can grab at a moments notice. It even has a handy metal spoon in the top. The quality is fantastic, exactly as you would expect from HydrateM8 and lets be honest they look amazing. The lovely teal colour is even nicer in the flesh! I might even treat myself to the matching coffee cup. I’ve had many a question about what it is and where I got it from so I expect to see a few more of them appearing around work in the next few weeks. I honestly cant recommend it enough, if like me you need something on hand quickly or to take on days out or picnics, this is perfect.
