I’m 16 years old and got my original Hydrate M8 bottle about 9 months ago. 9 Months ago I realised that I needed to majorly change my lifestyle as I felt uncomfortable in my body which was quite curvy at the time. It stopped me wanted to go out and do the things I liked because I didn’t like myself in clothes any more.
So I started exercising and eating healthily. I was told to stop myself from snacking I should drink water. So I invested in a bottle and wow it helped me so much. I managed to lose lots of weight and have recently started that lifestyle again ready to be summer body confident!
