I love my bottle! I am constantly carrying it with me and end up drinking a lot more than I used to! It’s been especially great over the Xmas period when I’ve over indulged in both food and alcohol!
I’ve seen them on Instagram and thought it was a great way to encourage more drinking!!! I’m a SW member and I’d like to get to my goal weight so it’s perfect!! My HydrateM8 bottle is just fantastic!! It encourages more water intake and is also inspirational!!! ❤ before I had this I lacked energy etc but now I’m bouncing off the walls!
