[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]This is my second HYDRATEM8 bottles, my first went everywhere with me. Including holidays. Last year it came to Disneyland with us, my little boy dropped it whilst sitting on his dads shoulders when we were watching the parades and sadly it cracked.
As a busy teaching assistant and a mum my self care tends to be the last thing on my list and I find myself quite dehydrated throughout the day. Now I have my new bottle I know I’ll be able to keep a track of how much I’m drinking during the day and whether I need to up my intake!
