My sister in-law was the one to get me into HydrateM8 and man do I love these bottles. I ask for a new one for most Christmas and birthdays.
Recently bought another two myself which brings me up to 4 of these beauties (my housemate has now stole one of mine too). I am now trying to have a bottle for each thing to keep me healthy and on the right track. One for clear protein drinks, one for water, one for juice and one spare in the fridge to keep cold.
I am TERRIBLE at drinking through the day so these have helped me so much. Especially just simply drinking from a bottle instead of a glass has made so much difference. I am a therapist too so trying to drink something between clients can often get missed but having the tracker helps me keep my hydration in mind.
